Qoppa Software™ Leads the Way in Automated PDF Document Handling

Qoppa Software™, a leading provider of PDF solutions, is pleased to announce further refinement of our PDF Automation Server™ (PAS). This unique multi-platform product automates the receiving, processing, and routing of PDF documents. Able to accept incoming documents from email, ftp servers, and local or network folders, PAS can then perform a wide range of manipulations, based on preset criteria. Once changed, both the original files and the new versions can be routed to a range of destinations.

“PDF documents are an integral part of business workflow today. Most document suites require operator attention to accept, process, and then route PDF documents. Our software delivers the ability to accept documents from multiple sources simultaneously, execute appropriate maniuplation based on pre-defined criteria, and then output the original and modified documents to multiple destinations. PAS is designed for maximum efficiency, including the ability to manage this workflow from wherever they like, and even choose their operating system since our software is also cross-platform.” says Gerald Holmann, president of Qoppa Software.

Among the operations that be performed by PAS, are printing, preflight, security management, assembling, merging, splitting, cropping pages, converting to/from images, extracting data, merging data, flattening fields and annotations, stamping, and importing/exporting annotations.

PDF Automation Server is entirely based on Qoppa Software proprietary PDF technology. It is a stable, reliable and affordable alternative to manual intervention, and works on Windows, Mac and Linux.
